All operatives that successfully complete the theoretical and hands on training will receive a certificate on successful completion of the course and a PAL (Powered Access License) which is valid for five years. A Powered Access Licence is recognised by the Health and Safety Executive and on construction sites, where it demonstrates that you have the knowledge, skills and qualification to operate cherry pickers and access equipment on site.
