Opening a trade account with Clements Plant & Access Hire is simple and easy. To set up and open an account with Clements, complete and submit the application form below.
We pride ourselves on offering a fast and efficient service that starts before you become a customer. Hiring plant from us is simple and straight forward. Once we have received your account form and supporting information, we will set your account up as efficiently as possible*.
When you open an account with Clements this enables you to hire our plant and access platform equipment whenever you need it. We can arrange quick deliveries and collections to site, enabling you to get on with the job. When you’re done, let us know and we will arrange to collect the machinery.
Please be aware that by using our services you will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Construction Plant Hire Association. For a copy of the terms please read the CPA Model Conditions.
In addition, prior to hiring plant and equipment from Clements, you will need to have your own Hired In Plant (HIP) Insurance cover. If you already have HIP insurance please fill out and submit the Hired in plant insurance waiver.
If you do not possess your own Hired In Plant insurance, we can arrange this for you. Contact the office on 02476 47 48 49 and talk to the hire team.
Please ensure that when you are ready to submit the form below that you are also able to provide the following documentation:
Two forms of identification (Drivers Licence, Passport and Utility Bill)
A copy of your Hired In Plant Insurance
A copy of your Public Liability Insurance
