We deliver regular IPAF Harness Awareness (HA) Training courses in Coventry for companies and employees who use Mobile Elevated Working Platforms in the course of their business activities.

The Harness Awareness course is the first step that anyone who wants to gain a harness qualification needs to complete. If you do not personally need to wear or use a harness and looking to enhance your understanding of the importance of harnesses, you need only attend this course.

The half day theory training and assessment course can be completed either through e-learning online or by attending an in-centre learning session  at our IPAF approved training centre on Torrington Avenue in Coventry.

Course Aims.

This approved IPAF Harness Awareness (HA) training course is an essential requirement for employees and individuals who need to increase their knowledge and understanding of harnesses and how to use them safely.

The theory based learning and final assessment course can be completed online through e-learning or alternatively in person by attending a training course at our Torrington Avenue Centre in Coventry.

Who Should Attend This Course.

This course is the essential first step of learning for anyone who needs to understand the importance of safety harness and their role in protecting personnel whilst carrying out working at height applications.  Ideally aimed at Managers, Supervisors, Planners and Safety Professionals who do not wear or use harnesses in the course of their work.

IPAF Qualifications

Upon successful completion of this IPAF Harness Awareness (HA) training course, an individual will have demonstrated their understanding of the importance of ensuring harnesses are worn during working at height tasks.

After passing the assessment at the end of the half day training course, each successful attendee will receive a Digital IPAF Harness Awareness Course certificate in their ePAL app which can be easily accessed through IPAF smartphone App.
