Christmas Holiday Update

As we approach the end of another busy year, we wanted to take an opportunity to thank you for your continued custom and support during the past 12 months. We hope that you have had a successful year and look forward to working together with you next year.

Holiday Closures & Key Dates

Wednesday 14th December 2022

The last day to arrange any off hires for equipment to be collected before Christmas. Please call the office on 02476 47 48 49 to arrange.

Thursday 22nd December 2022

The last full day of 2022 for off-hire collections and new deliveries.

Friday 23rd December 2022

We will be operating as normal up until 1pm on Friday 23rd December, when we will close for the holidays.

Tuesday 3rd January 2023

The depot re-opens at 7:00am on Tuesday 3rd 2023.

Hire Suspension Requests

If you would like to suspend a hire contract for over the holiday period and keep the equipment on site until you re-open in January, we would be happy to raise a hire suspension for you. The suspension period is from 24th December 2022 to 2nd January 2023.

Organising a hire suspension means that:

The hire equipment is left on your site but is not incurring hire charges during the holiday*.

The hire period for all equipment left on site will resume on Tuesday 3rd January and be available for use on the day you return after the holiday.

You can either call the depot on 02476 47 48 49 to arrange a suspension. Alternatively, if it is more convenient, you can hit the button below and send us your company details, the fleet number of the equipment and a contact number. We will take care of the rest for you.

*Please Be Aware: The equipment remains the hirers responsibility throughout the suspended period as per our terms & conditions.
